⏱️ The Westlake Art Studio Time Guarantee (How Your Session Works)

We believe you should get exactly what you pay for. That’s why we use a strict "Needle-to-Skin" timing policy to maximize your session:

• No Wasted Time: Your 3-hour clock only begins the exact moment the needle hits your skin. Setup, stenciling, and standard prep do not count against your time.

• Be Prepared: To get the full 3 hours of ink, we require your design and placement ideas to be finalized with your artist prior to your appointment day. This is our standard studio protocol.

• Last-Minute Changes: If you decide to make last-minute design modifications, size changes, or placement adjustments on the day of your session, the time required to redraw or re-stencil will be deducted from your 3-hour tattoo window.

📅 What Happens After You Purchase?

1. Confirmation Email (24–48 Hours): Within 24 to 48 hours of securing your slot, you will receive a VIP confirmation and follow-up email from our team.

2. Book Your Date: This email will contain your exclusive booking link to access our private calendar, where you can select your preferred date and time slot in July

3. Studio Address: Your confirmation will include the exact address and arrival instructions for our private Chicago art studio.

📋 Studio Policies & Guidelines

• Anything You Want: Valid for any style (Script, Realism, Illustrative, Traditional, etc.) up to a maximum of 3 hours of tattoo time.

• Age Requirement: You must be 18+ with a valid government-issued ID at the time of your appointment.

• Rescheduling: Because slots for JULY are highly limited, a 72-hour notice is strictly required for any appointment changes. 

• Sterile & Professional: Westlake Art Studio operates under medical-grade sterilization protocols. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
